1. Who we are
ClubUp Caddy LLC ("ClubUp Caddy," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at clubupcaddy.com. We are based in the Pacific Northwest, United States. You can reach us at hello@clubupcaddy.com.
This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through our pre-launch website. The ClubUp Caddy mobile application is not yet available; this policy will be updated when it launches.
2. What we collect
The website is intentionally minimal. We collect only the following:

We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information, payment information, government identifiers, health information, or precise location data through this website.
3. How we use it
- To send you a single launch-notification email when ClubUp Caddy is publicly available, plus reasonable transactional follow-ups (for example, confirmation that you've been added to the list, or notice that the launch date has shifted).
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build behavioral profiles for marketing.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with vendors that help us operate the website, and only as needed for them to perform their function:
- Hosting and form-handling (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers KV) — processes your form submission, stores your email in our waitlist database, and serves the website.
- Email-notification service (Resend, used only when configured) — sends an internal notification to our inbox each time someone signs up. Subscribers receive no email from this service before launch.
- Email service provider (Google Workspace) — hosts our inbox and the eventual launch-notification email.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business — in which case we will require successors to honor this policy.
5. How long we keep it
- Email addresses: until 90 days after launch, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever is sooner. After launch and the final announcement, the pre-launch list is deleted.
- Request metadata: typically retained by our hosting provider for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information.
- Opt-out — withdraw consent for future communications.
- Non-discrimination — exercise your rights without being penalized.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@clubupcaddy.com. We will respond within 30 days (or as required by your jurisdiction).
If you are in California: the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland: our legal basis for processing your email is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating the website. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies and tracking
The pre-launch website does not set any first-party advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use third-party tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may set short-lived technical cookies necessary to deliver and secure the site.
The site shows a cookie consent banner on first visit and provides a preference center where you can review cookie categories (Strictly necessary, Functional, Analytics, Marketing) and toggle the optional ones. You can reopen the preference center any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer. This policy will be updated to reflect any analytics or product cookies we add in the future.
8. Children
The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
The website is operated from the United States. By submitting your email, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your home country.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, through the email address you provided).
